Jason Ducos, LCSW-R, CASAC-Master Clinical Director and Founder

Specialty: Clinical Social Work and Substance Abuse Counseling

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in crisis intervention and substance abuse counseling. I work with adults and couples who are seeking relief from trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, relationships issues, and life adjustment. I believe recovery and healing is not a one size fits all. Every individual and couple has a unique set of internal and external strengths. I use a holistic and creative, solutions focused based approach that is influenced by trauma therapy, attachment theory, psychodrama and theory of intersectionality. I believe that no matter what point you are in life that there is room to heal, room to grow, and room to thrive as your most authentic self.

I tell anyone I meet who is seeking out counseling, it’s crucial to find a therapist who is the right fit and makes us feel safe and comfortable.  If you are interested in working with me, I approach psychotherapy as an alliance. We are partners in your journey of self discovery, reframing obstacles into lessons that help you live the most authentic life you can.  It takes courage to admit that life’s burdens are sometimes too hard to bear alone. Opening up in therapy is an act of courage, strength and self love.

Brittany Drayton, LMSW Associate Clinician

Specialty: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Financial Social Work, Holistic Psychotherapy

I’m Brittany, a Licensed Social Worker educated at Fordham University and a Certified Financial Social Worker. As one of a limited number of CFSWs, I offer a unique integration that most therapists can’t: addressing both the emotional roots and financial realities of the challenges you’re facing.

Why this matters: Money concerns don’t exist in a vacuum. They’re deeply intertwined with our self-worth, boundaries, relationships, trauma history, and the stories we’ve internalized about what we deserve. When we address only the emotional piece or only the practical piece, we miss the fuller picture of healing and growth.

I specialize in supporting clients navigating:

  • The intersection of financial stress and mental health
  • Anxiety and adjustment disorders
  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Boundary issues and people-pleasing patterns
  • Emotional abuse and trauma recovery
  • Confidence and self-esteem challenges
  • Life transitions (career changes, relationships, financial shifts)

My person-centered, culturally responsive approach honors your unique story and lived experience. Whether you’re healing from past trauma, rebuilding after emotional abuse, working through anxiety tied to financial insecurity, or simply trying to understand why certain patterns keep repeating—I create a safe space where you can explore not just what you’re feeling, but why, and how to move forward with greater clarity and strength.

With experience serving diverse cultures and communities, and as a member of the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work, I’m committed to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development. My empathic approach allows me to listen deeply and help you make connections between your emotional experiences and the practical challenges you’re navigating.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

Anabel Grant, LMSW

Specialty: Clinical Social Work

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a solid background in clinical practice and a strong interest in helping individuals through emotional, physical, and behavioral concerns. My transition into psychotherapy began when I developed an interest in the craft of storytelling and being with others, which I first did with a journalism major before entering social work. I earned my BSW and MSW with honors from Walden University, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Capella University to deepen my understanding of human behavior in both clinical and organizational settings.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings—ranging from medical social work and hospice to child protective services and trauma-informed counseling. This has influenced my therapeutic style: client-centered, empathic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I have specialty in psychosocial assessment, bereavement work, crisis intervention, and connecting clients with community resources. Whether I am working with families through end-of-life care or walking with individuals through traumatic experiences, I seek to create a safe, affirming space for healing and transformation.

I bring bilingual fluency in English and Tagalog, cultural sensitivity, and a strengths-based lens to my practice. I’m proud to be affiliated with professional organizations such as NASW, Phi Alpha Honor Society, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. My goal is to empower clients to reclaim their narratives, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Therapy, to me, is not just a profession—it’s a vocation grounded in empathy, activism, and the belief that every single person needs to be heard, understood, and empowered.

Rebecca Strickland, MHC-LP

Specialty: Mental Health Counseling

Hello, and welcome! My name is Rebecca, and I am a MHC-LP (Mental Health Counselor – Limited Permit) for the state of New York, and an APC (Associate Professional Counselor) forthe state of Georgia. I obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and my goal is to help you on your personal journey. Throughout therapy sessions, we can work together to develop coping skills, identify strengths and areas to build, and work towards finding congruence. I offer an empathetic, judgment free experience to all of my clients.

I work with clients aged 12 and up. Populations that I have experience with include adolescents, LGBTQIA+ community members, immigrants, and those on fertility journies. As someone who has gone through IVF myself, I understand the emotional and physical strains that it can put on the body, mind, and heart. Through using evidence-based techniques from modalities such as CBT, PCT, and even narrative therapy – I offer an individualized approach to ensure that I am meeting my clients where they’re at and working with them.

It’s your journey – I’m just here to help along the way.
