I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in crisis intervention and substance abuse counseling. I work with adults and couples who are seeking relief from trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, relationships issues, and life adjustment. I believe recovery and healing is not a one size fits all. Every individual and couple has a unique set of internal and external strengths. I use a holistic and creative, solutions focused based approach that is influenced by trauma therapy, attachment theory, psychodrama and theory of intersectionality. I believe that no matter what point you are in life that there is room to heal, room to grow, and room to thrive as your most authentic self.
I tell anyone I meet who is seeking out counseling, it’s crucial to find a therapist who is the right fit and makes us feel safe and comfortable. If you are interested in working with me, I approach psychotherapy as an alliance. We are partners in your journey of self discovery, reframing obstacles into lessons that help you live the most authentic life you can. It takes courage to admit that life’s burdens are sometimes too hard to bear alone. Opening up in therapy is an act of courage, strength and self love.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with an additional Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have provided psychotherapy to people of different backgrounds and ages, from child to enderly. I also have a background in crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric social work. When working with clients I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices including: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness.
My approach to working with clients is always trauma informed; however, sessions are tailored to each client’s individual needs and progress at the client’s pace. Whatever your concerns, we’ll work together to help you feel better.
I am here to make you feel supported and empowered so you walk away with tools, skills, and techniques you can utilize in your everyday life.

As a clinician, my philosophy has always been to meet my patients wherever they are at. If you are not sure where to begin that is perfectly OK we can figure it out together and take things one session at a time! I believe in working collaboratively while using a CBT for my treatment approach. I like to focus on thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
My goal is to accomplish what it is you want to get out of therapy with me so if that is to process trauma, cope with anxiety or depression or mend relationships I want to be that support to help you achieve those goals.

I am a licensed and board-certified creative arts therapist with over a decade of experience providing individual and group therapy to those most in need. In addition, I have provided clinical supervision to creative arts therapy students in practicum and internship placements.
Taking the steps to find the right therapist can be a journey. Although it can be intimidating, you have taken the courageous step to put yourself first and focus on what’s best for you. I have experience working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and many other life challenges. Therapy takes work and accountability. We will use that time to develop insight, identify positive coping skills and build understanding and awareness. My theoretical approach is person-centered and holistic allowing you to take the lead in your wellness.
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right words to express what we’re going through. Art therapy may be beneficial. Through the creative process you are able to utilize a variety of materials to express internal thoughts. Don’t worry, no prior art skills are required. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where we will work together to expand on self-exploration and expression. Whether you choose traditional verbal/talk therapy, art therapy or a combination of both, each session is tailored to your preference and goals. This is your time to be heard, improve self-awareness and build empowerment

I’m an open-minded and compassionate therapist. I believe in the power of authentic communication as a tool to help us live fulfilling and free lives. In our therapeutic alliance, we will be working together to meet your goals.
I am trained to provide verbal and creative arts psychotherapy. We can explore the creative part based on your comfort level, without any pressure. The idea is that creativity and expression exist as tools to support our process in therapy. When we feel called or it feels right.
A big part of my work has been to help my clients navigate their life experiences and relationship issues through expressive and ancestral healing practices. I am also passionate about working with people who feel called to explore their healing through indigenous plant ceremonies.
It is my desire to provide you with an environment where you can be exactly who you are. So we can explore and grow together. May we get to know each other based on that intuitive spark you felt to reach out to me. This space is where the ancient meets the modern with lots of love and curiosity.
